Monday - Thursday:
This week we will be continuing to review/practice for the semester exam.
There is no specific homework, but in order to do well on the exam, it is STRONGLY suggested that you begin preparing now by studying vocabulary and grammar from the semester, but focusing on the material from 2nd quarter. A list of specific items was posted last week. Please refer to that list as you begin to study.
Friday:
We will be completing the WRITTEN part of the exam. You should focus on the use/construction of the subjunctive and vocabulary in order to do well on this section of the exam. You will be responding to a writing prompt requesting advice in a given situation.
We will also have our last verb quiz of the semester.
ALL MAKE UP/RETAKES are due on FRIDAY this week.

Extra credit
If you are responsible enough to be checking this site on "return to school eve", you deserve a reward. Write down 5 things you did (hint: use preterite) over break and receive extra credit. You must write in complete sentences and use 5 different verbs. Extra, extra credit for including imperfect also; it must be used correctly!
I will NOT ask for it. It is due tomorrow (Tuesday, Jan 3) and only tomorrow. Hand it to me as you walk in the room.
Hope you had a relaxing and fun holiday!
